Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality post-acute and skilled nursing care that promotes healing, dignity, and independence. Helping residents and patience receive individualized care and support, to enable them to thrive physically, emotionally, and socially.

We achieve this goal by providing special services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, and wound care. We are a residential facility that provides 24-hour medical care and rehabilitation services for individuals who require a higher level of care than what can be provided at home or in an assisted living facility. At Quartz Hill Post Acute we believe that patients come first so we want to treat each patient as if they are the only one.

Quartz Hill Post Acute has evolved to meet the changing needs of residents in Redding and Shasta County. Delivering reliable, patient-focused services who need skilled post-acute and rehabilitative care. Maintaining certifications with Medicare and Medicaid to allow us to offer clinical quality, staffing and patient safety.
